We PairUP to celebrate diversity as a strength and provide support for underrepresented students impacted by bullying, harassment or discrimination to build equitable and inclusive schools and communities that nurture the sense of belonging, psychological safety and wellness through our five pillars of service which are: Partnering, Advocating, Inspiring, Resourcing and UPlifiting.

PARTNERING
Establish partnership relationships with surrounding school districts, community/national organizations and businesses that can provide resources to those that we serve.
ADVOCATING
Building relationships with students, parents/guardians that need our assistance in developing a plan of action, understanding how to navigate procedures and policies to speak up for their students' needs.
INSPIRING
Encouraging the sense of community through annual events to bring the community together.
RESOURCING
Providing guidance and tools to promote student success and learning opportunities for those we serve.
UPLIFTING
Celebrating those we serve, those that support our mission and our partners.
